The Morrowind expansion has now arrived for The Elder Scrolls Online. The original Morrowind game was a big milestone in the Elder Scrolls single-player games garnering much critical acclaim and a game of the year award. Now we can visit the island of Vvardenfell in ESO as well, although in a different era from the original game.
For me Morrowind was my original introduction to the world of Tamriel and I spent a lot of time playing it, and its expansions, back in the day. So to see Vvardenfell again in ESO is quite fascinating. And it is both the same and different and not just in terms of the graphical rendering. Although it’s quite a few years now since I played the original game many areas still look familiar as the layout at least has been kept – such as the city of Vivec, which in ESO is just being built.
And looking back at the last few months in ITC the guild has continued to prosper as one of the longest-running and most stable trading guilds in Tamriel. Despite one or two challenges to our position we continue to trade successfully from our home of Daggerfall. Thanks again to all in the guild who helped with kiosk scouting etc. to keep us trading successfully.
Recently we have joined the Aetherius Trading Alliance – which is basically a loose co-operative association of some trading guilds who avoid competing with each other.
In addition we now have a fully-furnished guild hall and have been running a number of events for guild members both in-game, and on the website here such as the very successful screenshot contest “My New Home”.
